BelleTech International was established in 1997 by Sally Ostick.
After 15 years working in a range of food ingredient industries overseas, and seeing a gap in the New Zealand market for specialty food ingredients, Sally returned home and BelleTech International was born.
BelleTech’s aim is to offer New Zealand manufacturers a diverse portfolio of ingredients and up to date knowledge of international trends.
The wide range of BelleTech’s international suppliers are active in the food ingredient market and the company works closely with those suppliers to offer solutions that are credible and individual to each client’s needs. The focus is on choosing suppliers with excellent technical back up and service and where quality is paramount.
BelleTech is continually moving to stay on top of international developments and to bring them to their customers. In addition, BelleTech have a host of specialist consultants who can be called on to help tailor products to suit your needs and to offer ongoing support as required.

After studying at Otago University and completing her CAPS diploma, Sally headed overseas. She spent 15 years gaining technical, sales and managerial experience in the food ingredient and flavour industries around the world.
Returning to New Zealand in 1997 with a wealth of international contacts and technical experience she set up BelleTech International.
The challenge has been to build on that knowledge and keep abreast of the constantly moving trends in the ingredients industry.

Rebekah Andrae joined BelleTech in October 2008. Having worked in a range of industries in the UK, Australia and New Zealand and after 10 years in the wine industry, it was time for a change.
Her previous role covered all aspects of logistics, production, customer service, administration and communications in a growing wine company and she is well equipped to look after the administration requirements at BelleTech.
