The organically famed red grapes are processed on site in the heart of Canada’s Niagara wine region.  The juices are collected for wine but the antioxidant and polyphenol rich skins of the red grapes are extracted and dried.  The result is a deep red powder with full bodied aroma of red wine for use as an antioxidant packed supplement for use in drinks, yoghurts, cereals, baked goods and various other applications
